Evening networking with Goran Miškulin

This time we hosted Goran Miškulin, co-founder and the majority owner of Spintec ltd., a successful Slovenian gaming industry company, with their main product – electronic automated roulette. With our guest we firstly distinguished the difference between buyers and users, since in order to succeed, we have to take into account both of their wishes. Firstly we have to focus on ideal buyers, make market segmentation and narrow the selection according to our business strategy. After defining who our customers are, we have to define also our buyer’s profile, what are his needs, characteristics; gather as much information about them as we can. Accordingly to market segmentation we can develop a marketing strategy. All this was supported with vivid examples from the gaming industry that our guest shared with us.
